Case 2 Work

I just got back from school and we had our ISM tutorial class. During the class, Miss JV asked us to do our assignment. Unfortunately, our group leader was absent, due to sick. So it was only me, Ema and Wani.

As we discuss, at first, I tried again to do my individual work but I cant seem to work with MAC computer. So instead, I join in with Ema and Wani's discussion about Case 1 work. Apparently, they nearly finished with most of the questions and all they need is to put them all in sentences XD I haven't done with the diagram yet!

Anyway, I also discuss with them with the Case 2 work and later on, I need to start on the work... REALLY FAST! Since Ema had already sent us the paperworks from the sources given to Miss JV, at least, I can start it out by tonight. Hopefully, more ideas will come into my head so I can give in a good essay for Miss JV =P
